ECO4 is a special scheme from the UK government. It's funded by energy firms to help people in England, Scotland, and Wales improve their homes. The goal? Make homes more energy-smart and bring down those energy bills.

The ECO4 scheme kicked off in April 2022 and is set to wrap up in March 2026.

You might qualify if someone in your home receives benefits like Pension Credit, Universal Credit, Income-based Jobseekers Allowance, Child Benefit, Income-related Employment & Support Allowance, Income Support, Housing Benefit, or Tax Credits (Child or Working Tax Credit). If no one's on these benefits, then either the combined household income must be under £31,000 yearly, or someone in the home has a health condition aggravated by cold conditions.
